Hari Raya is a most important occasion celebrated by all Muslims in the world. In fact, "Hari Raya" means "day of celebration".

In addition, given that Hari Raya Puasa is the time for Malay families to be together, some of the family-run resorts, hostels and chalets on Tioman may be closed for a week or more during Hari Raya Puasa, which consequently lowers the supply of available rooms even further.

All in all, it would make a lot of sense to secure your hotel room and your ferry seats early on for Hari Raya Puasa in 2025.
