Easy ticket collection

Upon completing your online transaction, just let us know the ferry times you have selected. We'll slot you in ans send you a confirmation email, enabling you to check in for your ferry rides.

Your ferry tickets will be awaiting your collection at Mersing Harbour Centre, our Bluewater Express counter. You can also collect your tickets at the Bluewater Express counter opposite. All you need to do here is show your printed payment transaction receipt, after which you'll receive your ferry tickets and boarding passes.
