Typically, travel companies provide ferry travel as a way to upsell their partner hotel rooms and all-in hotel packages, invariably at high mark-up. Travelers who only book ferry tickets in these cases are usually out of luck, because passenger support can be sketchy.

In fact, our one and only service is Tioman ferry crossings. This is the only thing we do; our sole objective being to ensure that our passengers reach their destination as safely, uneventfully and as seamlessly as possible.
To realize this, we ensure our passengers are fully informed about the entire journey to Tioman even before setting off. In so doing, we make sure that everyone knows what to expect along the way, both on the road to Mersing and on the ferry to Tioman.
