A. No. You need to click on any Agoda link in this website, such as
this one, to ensure your booking includes our Agoda partner Code. Only when your hotel booking includes our Agoda Partner Code will this booking be attributable to Tioman Ferry Tickets. Only then does it qualify for the $5 refund per ferry ticket booked.
Q 3. Does this promotion work with hotel bookings made with Booking.com?
A. Currently no. However, we may also roll out this promotion with Booking.com in due course.
Q 4. When will we receive our $5 refund per ferry ticket booked?
A. Once you have checked out of the hotel that you booked, we'll carry out the $5 refund per ferry ticket. The bank to bank transfer may, however, take some additional time. Clearly, we have no control over the completion of the transfer.
