Upon completing your online transaction, your tickets will be awaiting collection at the ferry terminal, i.e. at the Bluewater ferry ticket counter. All you need to do here is show your booking details and ID, after which you'll receive your ferry boarding pass(ess).

Ferry Times

Shortly after submitting your payment details, you'll receive the confirmation email containing your ferry details and our Hotline number. Once you've decided which ferry times you want, please let us know in the form provided. We'll subsequently get back to you with confirmation of your itinerary and the Bluewater Express check-in email, enabling you to check in for your trip.

NOTE: Please ensure a timely arrival at Mersing Harbour Centre, as the ferry ticket collection counter closes 30 minutes before ferry departure time.
