Resort/Retreat Terms & Conditions

Thank you for selecting our resort as your preferred accommodation in Tioman Island. Please find the terms & conditions related to your reservation:

- Rates and Packages are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and subject to 10% service charge.
- Please note that children age 13 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box.
- An extra bed is chargeable at RM100.00 nett per unit per night inclusive of one (1) breakfast and subject to availability.
- Bedding types are subject to request and availability upon check-in.
- The official check-in time is 14.00 hours and check-out time is 10.00 hours.
- In the event of any request for guaranteed early check-in, a full-day charge is applicable as the room(s) will be blocked from the day before.
- Our resort reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

CANCELLATIONS / AMENDMENTS

- Should you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and proceed to create a new reservation.
- Please contact bryan@tiomanferry.com to note your booking cancelation/amendment request.
- Cancellations must be made with a minimum notice period of 14 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations received with less than the required notice period will be subject to forfeit of all funds paid for the full duration of the intended stay.
- In the event the guest did not appear up without any notice (no-show) all funds paid for the full duration of the intended stay will be forfeited.
- No refund in full or in part will be made for unutilized services included in the package or for early check out and no-show.
- Our Tioman Island Resort shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, change of statues of Malaysian government, strikes, riots and Acts of God or any other condition(s) beyond our control.
