With 2025, the Year of the Snake, officially underway, we can see that this year offers no fewer than 9 long weekends. Best of all, it just takes a single day of leave to enjoy every long weekend in this year. And that's no monkey business.

To be sure, officially, 2025 has only eight long weekends in Malaysia. But why not take one day of leave and make it nine? Just take July 8 off and enjoy a 3-day Hari Raya Puasa long weekend (July 8 to 10, Friday to Sunday).
